** HELM Course gains MCA Approval

Here at The Enav Centre we are pleased to announce that we have recently added the Human Element and Leadership Management (HELM) Course to our extensive list of training courses we have to offer. The first of our five day HELM courses started on the 30^th September of this year and was successfully run by Total HLM Solution’s, Ben Howard and ECDIS Ltd’s, Joe Sloly, gaining MCA approval.
“HELM is crucial to the improvement of safety standards in the Maritime industry, and as such it was a great pleasure to teach ECDIS ltd’s first HELM course. HELM creates the space to think and discuss with a peer group, that would not otherwise be possible outside the classroom environment, and I believe the course was able to reinforce many of the good practices already undertaken, whilst discouraging those that were perhaps not so good.” – Ben Howard
There are now several planned HELM courses running throughout the rest of this year, welcoming anybody who wishes to join the course in order to complete their HELM training.

Here at the Enav Centre we also offer the hire of our simulators, which are designed to provide incredibly realistic sea conditions. The navigational simulators allow you to visit ports all around the world and test out your driving and navigational skills, as well as providing a completely unique team experience.
