HCMM is a City of London Livery Company with membership open to British and Commonwealth Master Mariners from the Merchant and Royal Navies.

Established in 1988, Todd Chart Agency Limited is a family owned company which has grown to become the largest retailer of nautical charts and books in Ireland, and one of the largest in the United Kingdom. They are an International Admiralty Chart Distributor, appointed by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO).
