CIRM is a worldwide association promoting maritime electronic technology for the safety of life at sea and efficient conduct of vessels. Following three successful years of the E-Navigation Revolution conferences, the intention for 2013 is to expand this conference to a wider community and audience. Taking note of feedback from delegates in attendance at previous years, the aim this year is to incorporate E-Navigation aspects as ECDIS is just part of the picture of the direction in which navigation is proceeding.
