ECDIS Ltd new 1.27 on-line and downloadable annual competency training

The seafarer’s results during the on-line 1.27 Generic tests almost perfectly marry the recently published list of observations made by inspectors.  There is still clearly knowledge gaps, in particular with the new S52 PL 4.0 updates.
