” Friendly staff, I had to cancel my initial course date due to work commitments, this was no trouble to the staff, and they were very happy to re-book me without any fuss or extra payment. All lectures were well presented and researched. Rob (the Instructor) was able to answer all questions. As an STS Mooring Master I do not use ECDIS for my ship handling, but I now have the skills and confidence to be able to gather the information I need, as opposed to requesting a ships officer. “
